Background
Urbook is a UK travel platform that helps travellers find and book reliable, secure, affordable airport parking, transfers and holiday packages in a few clicks, comparing trusted providers side by side so people can see the best options and prices before they book. Every booking comes with secure payment, flexible options including free cancellation on selected products, and 24/7 support, all built around one core promise: no hidden fees, no stress. The platform launched in 2026, and Kuzamind was brought in with a clear, specific ask: take on social media management.
Problem Statement
Urbook came to Kuzamind for social media management. What became clear early on was that the brand foundations needed to support that work simply weren't there. The logo had been generated with AI and had no real declinations, no colour variations or layout options to carry across the website, flyers or social content. Building a content calendar on top of that would have meant building on shaky ground. Before any social strategy could do its job, Urbook needed the minimum viable branding in place to look and feel consistent everywhere it showed up.
THE CONTEXT

THE PROCESS
01.
Building the brand board
Rather than starting with content, we started with the brand itself, establishing the minimum branding document needed for a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint, from the website to social to print.
02.
Defining the audience
With multiple offers live on the platform (parking, transfers, holiday packages) and destinations spanning everything from quick airport runs to holidays abroad, we analysed who Urbook was actually speaking to, giving the social strategy a clear first direction instead of trying to be everything to everyone at once.
04.
Recommending website improvements
Beyond the original brief, we reviewed the website against the new brand board, flagging where it wasn't on-brand, where CTAs were missing, and where the overall structure could better support the booking journey, from first click to confirmed reservation.
03.
Building the content strategy and templates
A social media strategy built specifically around driving bookings, backed by on-brand templates so content could go out consistently and look like it belonged to the same business, whatever the format or platform.
THE OUTCOME
Brand Board
A foundational visual identity system, giving Urbook consistent branding to build from across web, social and print.

Social Media Management

Beyond the core brief, Kuzamind also reviewed and recommended improvements to Urbook's website, reflecting the same extra-mile approach behind every Kuzamind partnership.
