Background
And Our Seeds (AOS) is a UK-based intimate apparel brand founded in 2024 by Tukiya-Kaunda Mutupa Oyelana. Coming from a background in the health sector, Tukiya set out to build a brand where comfort, dignity, and intimate health sit at the core of the product, rather than being an afterthought, a mission to provide comfort and care, and a vision of a future where caring for the body is built into everyday life. AOS is anchored by three core values, integrity and dignity, respect for the body and health, and humility and trust, and it deliberately sets itself apart from category norms, refusing to sell on sex appeal, chase fast-fashion trend cycles, or lean on misleading claims and body-shaming messaging.
The brand's name carries meaning too: "seeds" reflects the share of profits AOS reinvests into healthier communities, while "And..." signals continuity, caring for women today while planting the groundwork for future generations. This purpose-led identity found early expression through a botanical ginkgo biloba emblem, a deep brown and honey gold palette, and a warm, educational brand voice, and its first product, Lotus Myrrh, gave the brand its first foothold in the market.
Problem Statement
Despite this clarity of purpose, AOS arrived at Kuzamind as a very young brand without the foundational infrastructure needed to bring that identity to life or grow it consistently. There was no established visual brand identity, no finished logo, no cohesive system of colour, typography, and imagery to express who the brand is. There was no brand strategy to guide how the business should grow. There was no content strategy to build a presence online, and no website or content templates aligned to a unified visual identity.
In short, AOS needed to be built from the ground up: full branding and logo design, a brand strategy for sustainable growth, a content strategy to establish an online presence, and a website with content templates that reflected the brand's identity consistently across every touchpoint.
THE CONTEXT

THE PROCESS
01.
Discovery & Market Analysis
We started by understanding AOS's founder, audience, and category, mapping out competitors and identifying where the brand could stand apart from typical underwear and lingerie messaging.
02.
Brand Strategy
Clear structure and plain language help everyone understand goals and next steps, reducing confusion and building trust across teams.
03.
Content Strategy
Responsive support and thoughtful guidance remove blockers when they appear, so people stay focused and confident as they move forward.
04.
Build & Design
Finally, we brought the strategy to life: a full visual identity and brand guidelines, a website, and content templates, so AOS had everything needed to launch and grow consistently.
